Terry is the Senior Vice President, Managed Information Systems for both LGFCU and Civic Federal Credit Union (2018). Terry has been with the credit union since 2007 and previously held the position of Vice President, Information Technology with LGFCU until joining the Senior Management team in 2012. He has over 25 years of professional experience in Information Security and Information and Technology (I&T). He served seven years on Active Duty in the United States Army, where he was assigned to the 18th Airborne Corp and US Army Special Operations Command at Fort Bragg. Following his military enlistment, he worked with several companies within information technology, information security, and risk management, including Secure Enterprise Computing, State of North Carolina, Nortel Networks, AT&T, and Alphanumerics.
Jason has fifteen years of financial services technology leadership experience. He has been a transformation driver delivering on numerous virtualization, cloud, digitization, SD-WAN, security, and application projects to completion across many teams and business outcomes. Jason has also successfully led 12 large complex technology integrations that supported 400% corporate growth and a 65% increase in expense management. He is passionate about a collaborative leadership style that is focused on communication, customer service, speed to value, and effecting positive change. Jason enjoys mentoring and supporting the community through his volunteer work with Tech Impact, University of Delaware Executive Mentorship Program, and Brandywine SPCA. When Jason is not leading technology, he enjoys golf and fishing.
Mason joined Red Hat in 2006 as a member of the Help Desk and has been a part of the IT department ever since. Red Hat has experienced tremendous growth and he has been fortunate to grow with the company. Mason currently leads the IT experience organization, responsible for all associate facing technology—everything from laptops and phones to content management, in office technology, and IT real estate strategy. Outside of work, you will find him with his kids and wife outdoors, on a boat, or cheering on his beloved Wahoos.

A 25-year business technology veteran, Art was a technology consulting manager at the accounting firm McGladrey & Pullen before joining Highwoods in 2000. Professional affiliations include past board member for the Society for Information Management, past president for the Oracle Real Estate Application user group and past board member of the Quest International. Art currently serves as board chair of the Office Technology and Operations Consortium, board member of Real Estate Cyber Consortium, and chair of the Building Engines product advisory board.

A native of The Netherlands, Serge came to the area in 1992 to play basketball for the UNC Tar Heels.
